Crochet Amigurumi Octopus
Never crocheted a toy before? This one's a great place to start.
Kelly will walk you through amigurumi basics from the ground up: the magic circle, single crochet, and the increases and decreases that turn a flat circle into a plump, three-dimensional shape. By the end of class, you'll have a great start on a squishy little octopus with eight curly arms, ready to come home with you.
We've got you covered on yarn: a large-format yarn is included in your class fee, so this one works up fast — no tiny stitches, no squinting.
When: Sunday, Sept 27, 12:00–1:30pm
Materials Needed: Everything's included! Your class fee covers the yarn. Bring a [7mm or 6 will work] crochet hook, or pick one up at the shop before class.
Experience Level: Beginner — open to anyone, no crochet experience needed.
Skills Needed: None! This class starts from the very beginning.
